pimple treatment and care

taking care of pimples by hiding them using a concealer is also worth something.
Pimples are usually oily, shiny, red and sore looking. When you're hiding them you need to find a concealer that's going to camouflage the redness and not slip off the spot. Green-based concealers underneath foundation can hide redness .

Freeze water overnight in a styrofoam cup. In the morning, cut an inch off around the rim, exposing the ice. Rub ice all over your face. Not sure why it works for my acne. Perhaps it kills bacteria that contribute to breakouts. Added benefit: it reduces puffiness too. Remember that ice sticks, so wet it before touching to face. This will help reduce breakouts. Your face will be stimulated and red from increased bloodcirculation but this goes away quickly. Not necessarily the most comfortable feeling but the results are worth it.

The cause for pimples are many and not only adolescence as popularly believed. Chronic constipation is one major cause, the food we eat plays a very important role. You will have to cut down the fried food, chocolates, cheese and aerated drinks. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables with a lot of water.

Take a few dried orange peels and powder them. Add 2 tablespoons cured to make a thick paste. Apply all over the acne blemishes area. Let it dry, then wash thoroughly with cold water. Helps to get rid of blemishes and scars.

Blanch and grind a couple of almonds to a paste and mix in two tablespoons of milk and onetablespoon each of carrot and orange juice. Apply thickly on face and neck and leave on for half an hour. Removes scars and blemishes from the face and makes it soft and smooth.
